MasterCard aimed to implement MasterPass, its very own digital wallet, across a spectrum of F&B concepts on both mobile and tablet applications.
In collaboration with MasterCard, Eunoia developed a multi-language, multi-concept mobile application with a seamless and intuitive ordering and payment experience for MasterCard’s F&B customers.
Highly customizable and comprehensive
The Eunoia Platform gave MasterCard the ability to host as many as ten F&B concepts in four different languages (i.e. English, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and Japanese). Our platform also enabled MasterCard to offer highly customized and comprehensive menu choices for its F&B concepts. For example MasterSlice, a pizza F&B concept, allows customers to choose the pizza size, the crust type and the toppings. Meanwhile, MasterCafe, a coffee F&B concept, allows customers to choose the milk type, sugar level and number of shots.
Third party integration support
MasterCard’s demo mobile application was successfully integrated with the MasterPass Express Checkout. This enabled MasterCard’s digital wallet, MasterPass, to power the cashless payment transactions on the demo mobile application and the table ordering application. MasterPass also supports alternative payment methods such as the scanning of the QR code for table ordering scenarios.
