We help F&B business leaders to define and implement their digital strategies.
Cama Café aimed to revolutionize its customer ordering experience by making it convenient for customers to pre-order their beverages and make payments through their own mobile devices.
Eunoia helped Cama Café, a coffee chain with over 80 stores in Taiwan, develop a mobile application with cashless payment transactions powered by MasterPass Express Checkout. Through the Cama Café project, Eunoia was able to showcase its ability to cater to different geographical areas, address formats, currencies and languages outside of Singapore.
INTEGRATION WITH MULTIPLE PAYMENT CHANNELS & SYSTEMS
The customer mobile application powered by the Eunoia Platform was able to deliver a seamless and intuitive pre-ordering and payment experience, all managed on a single interface. The Eunoia Platform also enabled the mobile application to integrate with MasterPass Express Checkout, Cathay United Bank (CUB) Loyalty Program, and NEC & Cheng Fung POS. Pairing a CUB card with MasterPass allows the mobile application to give customers the option of using their CUB points from the loyalty program to offset payment. Integration of the two different POS systems allows orders made from the mobile application to be sent directly to the POS instead of only to the order dashboard on the Eunoia Platform.
ABILITY TO CATER TO DIFFERENT GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATIONS
Through the Cama Café project, The Eunoia Platform was able to showcase its ability to cater to different geographical areas, address formats, currencies and languages outside of Singapore. Cama Café being based in Taiwan, has a different method of formatting their postal codes compared to Singapore. Our Eunoia team was able to customise Taiwan addresses by utilising Google Maps as a mapping tool. Additionally, instead of English, Mandarin was set as the main language for the mobile application and when accessing the Eunoia Platform. For ease of doing business, data can also be inputted in Chinese.
