BUILDING A KIOSK

Our clients can make use of our Open API to build their own kiosks, which can be customized and linked to Eunoia's platform for order management. This also creates a seamless ordering process beginning from menu browsing, to order placement, and ending with online payment.

BUILDING MULTIPLE CHANNELS

With Eunoia's API, our clients only need to set up their menu once and it can be displayed across multiple channels, ranging from web-store to mobile apps. We also allow management from multiple levels through a single seamless interface. This simplifies the merchant onboarding process and minimizes human errors in setup and integration.

INTEGRATING WITH POS & KDS

With integration of the POS and KDS system, orders placed on the Eunoia channels will automatically appear on the POS, linked to the KDS and kitchen printer, and in turn, streamlining the workflow of the kitchen staff. The accounting process will also be simplified as inventory sold can all be checked from one location, eliminating the need to manually extract data from numerous platforms.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Furthermore, our clients can also integrate their own CRM with our API, enabling customers to earn loyalty credits and rewards as they shop on the various platforms without hassle. Accumulated credits can then be used to offset the final bill from orders made through the mobile application.
