INTEGRATING WITH POS & KDS
With integration of the POS and KDS system, orders placed on the Eunoia channels will automatically appear on the POS, linked to the KDS and kitchen printer, and in turn, streamlining the workflow of the kitchen staff. The accounting process will also be simplified as inventory sold can all be checked from one location, eliminating the need to manually extract data from numerous platforms.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Furthermore, our clients can also integrate their own CRM with our API, enabling customers to earn loyalty credits and rewards as they shop on the various platforms without hassle. Accumulated credits can then be used to offset the final bill from orders made through the mobile application.
