Food Junction, a concept-driven food court serving a mix of local and international cuisine, wanted to provide seamless dining experience, increase productivity of each stall, help its tenants increase revenue and future-proof their business by implementing a digital solution in their respective food court outlets.
Food Junction collaborated with Eunoia and Konbini to produce the FJ makan!
The FJ makan! mobile app enables customers to easily select their meals, check out and pay with only a few clicks!
This collaboration led to the development of a mobile ordering application with food locker pickup. As such, the stall staff are able to place their orders into these food lockers and customers can collect it from these lockers, with the food still kept warm or cold.
Konbini food lockers are able to store the food cold and warm by making sure the food locker is cold and ensuring that the food is maintained above 60°C respectively.
The Eunoia platform was also able to showcase the integration with Konbini, allowing stall staffs to send food to the respective food lockers and notify customers via the app for pickup.
When consumers use this app, they are able to skip queues. So convenient, so simple!
Using the app, customers are able to view the menus and purchase from the array of stalls there. With the Eunoia platform, Food Junction is able to track the order history, making it easier for settlement. Stall owners are also able to update their menus regularly through this platform.
INTEGRATION WITH THE KONBINI FOOD LOCKER
Eunoia platform is integrated with the Kobini food lockers, which enables customer to order from FJ makan! mobile application, and pick up their food from the food locker located at respective food courts. Merchant will place the food in the locker once it's ready and customer will receive a notification. Customer comes to the outlet and scan the QR code to find out the locker number where the food is located and proceed to collect their food.
