Eunoia powers Fraser’s Makan Master, a F&B Digital Concierge initiative for its Singapore malls

Eunoia, a leading digital innovation platform focused on the Food & Beverage industry is powering Fraser Property’s digital concierge services for its 350 F&B tenants across its 12 malls. There isn’t a better time for Frasers Property to launch such a service and bring innovation that improves productivity in a time where the retail industry is facing a labour shortage in Singapore.

 

For the customer, they can pre-ordering their meals on their  your phones while on their way home from work, and collecting it at any restaurants in Frasers managed malls. No queuing, no waiting, no hassle!

 

Fraser’s Makan Master app will allow customers to reserve a table at their favourite restaurant, pre-order dishes, and make payments instantly through their phone. Pre-orders for self-collection will also be part of Makan Master’s multiple offerings, providing more convenience for customers. Ordering through the Makan Master app will earn customers both Frasers points and DBS/ POSB reward points. In the near future these points can even be used to offset their purchasing when ordering through the Makan Master app.

F&B tenants within Frasers malls will also be able to gain from the additional revenue channel, Frasers marketing initiatives and for the customer, they will be able to enjoy a holistic engagement experience with the Malls, both in store and digitally.
