UI/UX DESIGNER [FULL TIME]
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re excited to have a new UX Designer join our Eunoia team! We’re looking for someone who can turn client’s visions into intuitive and effective designs; and be able to empathize with the client’s customers, to synthesize information and create awesome F&B web products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop high-level concepts for our products

Take briefs from clients and users and intelligently interview them in order to identify and understand business/user objectives

Envision usability-focused product experience with the team through presentations and sketches
2. Design well-thought information architecture and produce product prototypes

Develop designs to help the Product Team understand the desired customer experience: maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes and documentation

Conduct usability testing

Work closely in a team setting to develop the desired experience on time and within budget
3. Refine design techniques and process

Keep abreast of usability trends in the market and share insights and creative applications

Work with other concept teammates to identify areas of improvements to existing processes
4. Keep a Fantastic Report of the Projects

Track and analyse project performance, cost performance, schedule and report to the management on the changes, project scope, schedule and budget

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including providing visibility of project progress to the team at all times

Provide/obtain feedback from third parties/vendors and clients
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

At least 2 years experience in User Experience or related discipline and/or an impressive portfolio demonstrating your design thinking skills on the digital platform

Excellent understanding of design principles and great in applying them

Sufficient technical knowledge to suggest web-based technologies to be applied to your design

Fluent in industry tools (e.g. Axure, InVision, Photoshop)

Ability to manage client expectations and building relationships

Prior experience as a UI designer or web designer would be a plus
